Each property has 3 double bedrooms and 2 large showers or bathrooms. Raffet is a few kilometres from both Eymet [Dordogne] to the north, and Miramont de Guyenne [Lot et Garonne] to the south. Bergerac, Marmande, Issigeac and Duras are all about a half-hour's car journey.
This spacious holiday accommodation with stepped swimming pool, and table tennis, sits in nearly 3 acres of private parkland in southwest France, and offers a peaceful rural vacation. There is the option of sporting activities, historic and cultural interests, and many restaurants and vineyards!

The two properties can be let separately or together. There is complete privacy for separate lets. For joint lets, there are several seating options for the entire party for eating and relaxing, outside, and on terraces. We know that long leisurely meals are a vital part of rural French holidays.
