THE
GROUNDS
The 3-acre grounds consist of several lawns and shady areas
with old and new trees. There is lots of room for informal bat
and ball activity. There is table tennis. There are two small
streams and 3 enclosed wells. The land is open to the neighbour's
poplar and fir woodland.
The
10 x 5 metre floodlit alarmed pool is graduated and stepped
at the shallow end. There is regular pool and garden maintenance.
