Each property has 3 double/twin bedrooms and 2 large showers or bathrooms. Raffet is a few kilometres from both Eymet [Dordogne] to the north, and Miramont de Guyenne [Lot et Garonne] to the south. Bergerac, Marmande, Issigeac and Duras are all about a half-hour's car journey.

complete privacy for separate lets. For joint lets, there are several seating options for the entire party for eating and relaxing, outside, and on terraces.
